Here is September - 75% completed!
Now that I am nearing the end I have calculated that I will probaby be a bit over an inch short. That's ok, Donna gave us plenty of options to choose from.

Colleen - August Chart
Here is my August chart completed. You will see that the path from the church (DMC-642) blends into the grass. I tried DMC-640 instead for the path from the brown house on lower left. It actually shows even better in real life than in my photo. So I will probably substitute 640 for the church path as well.
Two-thirds completed! It's amazing to watch the story of Serenity Harbor unfold...

Colleen - July chart
Part 7 is completed. It felt like my church should have some stained glass and after an exhaustive search, I chose ThreadworX overdyed cotton floss (1154 Bradley's Balloons). I also started filling in some of the back stitch details from previous sections.

Section 11 & 12
Quick question, I just received section 12 and I want to be sure I have the right patterns. From what I can tell there is an alternate version of 11 & 12 (on the blog) and then a regular version of 11 (on the blog) & 12 (email download); is that correct. I don't recall getting an email notice for section 11 download and I want to be sure I didn't miss anything

Serenity Harbor update from me....
We are getting close to the end of our sampler and my intention was to have the revised section 11 available on the blogs for the free download. This was made for the people that have been fabric short :(. These are the alternate bottoms that can be used by everyone if you like.
I will post the free sections 11 and 12 at the same time in December on the Serenity Harbor Blogs. I hope you understand that I do have them designed but I have to make adjustments with the symbols and then print and download. I am so busy at the moment with the kits….but I promise these alternative bottoms will be available in December….hopefully on the 2nd
Thank you and have a great week of stitching

Colleen - June chart
At last I've made it to the halfway mark. It's neat to lay it out and see how it looks all together so far. I was inspired by another stitcher and bought Wisper floss for the sheep - white, dark grey and brown - a diverse herd. But I am waiting to stitch them until they are well past the danger of being smushed under the Q-snaps.
It took me a little over two months to stitch part 6.
